The Backlog

First Post- I might have a little bit of a problem- Collecting Warhammer boxes is one of the easiest things in the world, what IS difficult (other than the price), is bringing the models to life. With that in mind I’ve decided to start a little blogsite to document and cajole myself into working through it. At the same time, I’d like to put down thoughts and theories and other randomness in the form of occasional articles. What do I hope to get out of this? Some painted armies and a positive winrate at a tournament!

Getting out of the backlog rut is tough- Some say it starts with a clean desk

Failing that I guess it starts with external motivators- I’ve signed up for some one day games in AOS at the end of the month, and still holding out hope for Sydney Slaughter to pull me from their waitlist for their 2 day event in early June. My current tournament history if I recall correctly is 0-5, 2-3 and 1-4, so still room for improvement!

Keep an eye out for other games beyond Age of Sigmar too- Looking to build my 40k collection of Guard too, as well as eventually getting some Star Wars legion models painted up.
